Please email returns@saltyshreds.com.au before sending anything back.
Offering exchanges only on full price items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Sale items are not exchangeable
- Buyer is responsible for postage costs for return and for exchange being sent out.
Please note - We will not accept returns that are sent back outside of this time frame.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept washed or worn items.
Salty Shreds reserves the right to reject any returns that are not sent back in their original condition, including tags attached
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Being a small business, unfortunately we do not offer refunds, so please choose carefully.
Any orders made by “mistake” will be subject to an admin fee of $19.95AUD

Be sure to include your contact details in your returned package.
PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE SEND YOUR ITEMS BACK WRAPPED OR BAGGED TO PROTECT THEM FROM ANY DAMAGE/ MARKS ON THEIR TRAVELS
Please note: returns sent back are the sellers responsibility. If the item is sent standard, not tracked or signed for , this is at your risk. It is best to ensure your returns are sent with tracking / signature on delivery , and you monitor its tracking, as Salty Shreds is not liable for returns not received. Any items not received will need to chased up with the postal service with whom you sent this with.
Upon receipt of your exchange, you will then be emailed a credit code for you to jump online and choose your product. Credits are only valid on full price items, and not valid with any other discount or promotion. Credit codes are to be used within the one transaction.
Credit codes will expire after 30 days. Please note : this is not redeemable after this time frame.
We do not accept exchange requests via social media. All exchanges must be discussed through the correct means of contact, which is via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are inspected prior to sending, there is always room for error. Should in the unlikely event you receive an item with a fault, please contact us immediately. We unfortunately cannot replace an item once it has been worn / washed or used, or after 7 days from receiving your item.
Please refer to our product page for all directions on caring for your garments. Salty Shreds is not liable for any damaged products due to incorrect care, wash or wear.
All of our garments are inspected prior to sending, we will not accept any damaged products back for exchange.
Skateboards/Balance Boards - All boards returns are at the cost of the receiver as per normal and are to be returned within our standard time frame. We inspect every board and test prior to sending to ensure absolute quality & safety. All our skate and balance boards are handmade and crafted, therefore all artwork & designs are 100% unique for each board and minor imperfections should be expected. We do not accept any returns or exchanges deemed faulty, unless it significantly impacts the use of the board itself. No skate or balance boards are accepted for return or exchange once ridden. They must be in 100% original condition upon exchange.
Salty Shreds is not liable for any accidents that may occur during the use of your skate or balance board. Please ensure, where applicable, safety gear is worn at all times, parental supervision, and trucks, wheels, bearings remain tightened and adjusted according to your or your child’s ability.
Skateboards and Balance boards are not toys and require a great amount of strength and balance, please always ensure you keep you or your child protected during use.
