Where do we ship
We ship all over the world. For any information on our shipping rates, be sure to check out our Shipping info on our home page
I placed another order, can I combine postage
Due to the volume of orders we receive daily, we cannot always guarantee this. If we happen to notice multiple orders, and your orders are shipped together, we will refund your postage. However, this is not guaranteed and will not always be the case.
I forgot my sale code can you refund my discount
Being our busiest time, we are unable to refund any discounts that are not applied at checkout. Please ensure you take extra care when purchasing.
Can you tell me where my order is
Every order will receive a confirmation email instantly. ( If not received please check your junk mail) Followed by a personal message from the business owner the following day, as well as an email update with your tracking once this is sent. This includes the link to track your package direct. Please ensure you use this tracking and follow the updates. We cannot individually track everyone's orders. Should any issues arise, please contact the relevant postal service for more information.
Who do we ship with
All domestic orders are sent by Australia post, and are sent express.
All international orders are sent by our DHL express courier. However , in some cases remote areas have to be sent by Australia post express due to the large costs Involved.

What size should i order
As everyone differs in size in both adults and kids, we are only able to provide you as much information as we can in our product descriptions. Please ensure you read these carefully and take note of our adults size measurements. Each garment includes modeled photos, and thorough descriptions to ensure your size selection is as easy as possible. When in doubt, size up for your child, as they will always grow into their item.
I need to exchange an item
For all information on exchanges, please visit our returns section located on our home page. We do not respond to requests via social media.
I need to amend my order
Provided your order has not been sent out or processed, we can do the best we can to make any changes required. However, due to the volume of orders we receive , we cannot guarantee this.
Sale orders cannot be amended at all
